Stitch counts round up to the next 1,000. Most left-chest logos run 6,000–9,000 stitches.
Digitizing is a one-time charge per design — $55.00 up to 4″×4″, $95.00 up to 8″×10″, from $125.00 for a jacket or full back. Reorders of the same file are $0. Hard-to-hoop items, caps, 3D puff, and metallic thread carry the same add-ons listed on the “Garment included” tab.
Terms
No surprises at invoice time. If something here doesn't fit your situation, ask — most of it is negotiable in the right direction.
7–10 business days screen print · 3–5 business days DTF · 10–14 business days embroidery. Clock starts on art approval and garment arrival, not order date.
+30% for 3–4 business days, +40% for 2–3, subject to schedule. Order day doesn't count. Rush applies to decoration and setup charges only — not to blank apparel or freight.
Screen printing: 12 pieces per design, per setup. DTF: no minimum — orders under 12 pieces are quoted from the DTF table. Embroidery: $75 order minimum.
Print-ready vector art (.ai, .eps, .pdf with outlined fonts) is free. Cleanup, recreation, or separations $85/hr, $25 minimum, always quoted before we start.
A digital proof goes out on every order, including reorders. No charge. We don't print until you approve it in writing.
Screens and digitizing waived within 12 months on an unchanged design.
We allow 2% on standard light garments, and 4% on darks, underbased prints, and customer-supplied blanks — capped at 2 pieces per size run. Anything above that we credit or replace. Misprints within the allowance are not replaced or refunded, so order a couple of extras on short runs.
Before blanks are ordered: cancel for a full refund, less any art or digitizing work already done. After blanks are ordered from our distributor: a 20% restocking fee plus return freight applies. Once printing or stitching has begun: the order is non-refundable in full. Changes after proof approval restart the turnaround clock.
50% on orders over $500, balance on pickup or before shipping. Net 30 available for schools, municipalities, and established accounts with a PO.
Breaks are per design, per location. Caps and flat goods can't be combined for quantity.
You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to reproduce, any artwork, logos, or trademarks you submit. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold KSTMYZE harmless from any claim, suit, liability, or legal expense arising out of alleged trademark or copyright infringement. We reserve the right to decline any job we believe infringes third-party rights.
Accepted at the decoration-only rates above. New Jersey requires us to collect 6.625% sales tax on decoration of garments we didn't sell you; garments we supply are tax-exempt clothing. We don't accept liability for damage to supplied goods, and order minimums still apply. In most cases it costs you less to have us provide the blanks.
