Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
    • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
    • Customized items are returnable only if there are defects in materials or workmanship.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kstmyze.com or call 917-254-5262 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
    • You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  1. Refund Approval:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  2. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kstmyze.com.

Exchanges
