Pick a shirt, pick a color, add the logo
Rec league coaches in Montclair and Little Falls ask the same question every season: how do we get everyone a shirt with their own name and number without turning it into a spreadsheet project. The process is simpler than it looks. Pick a shirt style, pick a team color, add the logo, and upload the roster. We send back a free mockup before you commit to anything.

That sequence is the whole job. No guessing on fonts, no back-and-forth on placement. Once the mockup is approved, production starts.
Four front layouts, one team look
Every team tee starts with a choice of front layout. A full-front logo works for teams that want the crest to carry the shirt. A chest logo keeps things clean and classic. Add a number under the chest logo for teams that want front and back to match, or add the player's name instead if that is the look your league prefers.

Whichever layout you pick, it stays the same across the whole roster. The only thing that changes from player to player is the name and number on the back.
Names and numbers on the back, printed as one run
This is the part coaches worry about most, and it is actually the easiest part of the order. Once your roster is uploaded and the mockup is approved, every player's name and number prints together as one run.
Team Names & Numbers
Flat per shirt, not per digit
Back number $4.00 / Name $5.00 / Number + name $8.00 / Front number $3.00
Every player's name and number printed as one run, on any team tee.

Navy, royal, red, and forest green all move through the shop the same way. The team color is set once, the layout is set once, and then each shirt differs only by what is on the back.
Here is how the order actually moves
Coaches want to know what happens between uploading a roster and picking up shirts. It is a short list of steps, not a long project.
How it works
1
Send what you have
A logo, a sketch, a screenshot. We redraw what needs redrawing.
2
Approve the free mockup
Your design on the actual garment, sizes and colors listed, before you pay anything.
3
Printed and delivered
7-10 business days from art approval and receipt of deposit/garments.
Screen print minimum is 12 pieces. DTF transfers carry no minimum, which covers teams in South Orange and Glen Ridge that need just a few shirts or a handful of late additions. Embroidery, for teams that want a stitched logo on a cap or jacket, has a $75 order minimum.
Getting the sizes right
Name and number sizing follows a standard built for team orders. An adult name runs 2.5 inches across the back, with the number at 8 inches. Youth sizing comes down proportionally so a tee for a ten-year-old does not look like it borrowed graphics from the varsity squad.

Tees are 100% cotton, 5 to 5.4 ounce, and hoodies run 7.8 to 8.5 ounce fleece. Blanks are described by weight rather than brand because we buy whichever is in stock, so the feel stays consistent even if the label changes between orders. Size upcharges: 2XL adds $2.50, 3XL and up adds $4.50, and youth sizes run $1.00 less than adult pricing.
Late additions and roster changes
Rosters change. A player joins after the first whistle, a jersey gets lost, a sibling wants a matching shirt for picture day. None of that means starting over. Screen setup is $25 per color per print location, waived from 100 pieces. A reorder of an unchanged design pays a $10-per-screen reset instead, also waived from 100 pieces. DTF transfers have no setup fee at all, which makes them a practical way to cover a late addition without reopening the whole screen print run.
Turnaround is 7-10 business days from art approval and receipt of deposit/garments. If a coach in Verona needs shirts faster, rush charges apply to decoration and setup only, never to the blank garment.
Home and away in one jersey
Some leagues need a shirt that works for both home and away games without doubling the order. The Team 365 reversible jersey solves that with sport red on one side and white on the other, printed with the same team logo.

It is one jersey, two looks, and it moves through the same roster and mockup process as every other team order, shown on our team uniforms page.
