Ordering custom shirts for a group for the first time comes with a familiar question: how many do I need to order, and what happens if I get it wrong. KSTMYZE built three starter packs to answer that question before you spend a dollar. Each one is sized for a different kind of group, and each one includes setup, a free mockup, and a straight path to reorder later.
One pack per company. Standard sizes. No headwear. That is the whole idea.

Why three packs instead of one price list
A book club ordering eight hoodies has different needs than a school ordering two hundred spirit tees. Instead of making every first-time customer guess at quantities and print methods, we grouped our most common orders into three packs. You can see all three laid out on the starter packs page, but here is what each one is actually for.
The Test Drive
Starter pack
The Test Drive $289
36 tees · 5.3 oz 100% cotton tee · one print color, one location
The low-risk way to see how we print before you commit a season's budget. Screen setup included. Standard S–XL sizes; one pack per company.
See the starter packsThe Test Drive is for small groups who want to see their design on real fabric before committing to anything bigger. Think a friend group, a small team, or a first order for a side project. Because DTF transfers have no minimum, this pack works even if you only need a handful of shirts. If your design has a lot of colors or a photo-style image, DTF also handles that detail without extra setup charges.
Blanks are 100% cotton tees in the 5-5.4 oz weight range. We do not chase brands, we buy whichever quality blank is in stock, so your shirts feel consistent order to order.
The Crew Apparel Pack
Starter pack
The Crew Apparel Pack $449
24 tees + 12 hoodies · 5.3 oz cotton tee and 8 oz fleece hoodie · one print color, one location
Shirts for the season and hoodies for the cold end of it. Screen setup included. Standard S–XL sizes; one pack per company.
See the starter packsThe Crew Apparel Pack is built around the screen print minimum of 12 pieces. This is the right pack for a sports team, a small business staff, a wedding party, or any group that has landed on one final design and just needs it produced well. Screen print gives you a strong, durable print at a lower per-piece cost once you clear that 12-piece line.

This pack also covers hoodies, at 7.8-8.5 oz fleece, if your crew needs something heavier than a tee. Youth sizes are available and run $1.00 less than adult pricing, which matters if your group includes kids or a mixed roster.
The Volume Drop
Starter pack
The Volume Drop $649
100 tees · 5.3 oz 100% cotton tee · one print color, one location
Our lowest per-shirt price, for handouts, events and full-roster kit. Screen setup included. Standard S–XL sizes; one pack per company.
See the starter packsThe Volume Drop is for schools, large events, and organizations placing bigger orders, the kind where a hundred pieces or more is normal. Screen setup, which is normally $25 per color per print location, is waived automatically once an order reaches 100 pieces. That waiver is built into this pack, not something you have to ask for.

Glenfield Middle School's spirit wear run is a good example of what this pack looks like in practice: one design, one color story, printed at a size that makes the per-shirt cost make sense for a whole grade or a whole staff.
How the process runs, start to finish
How it works
1
Send what you have
A logo, a sketch, a screenshot. We redraw what needs redrawing.
2
Approve the free mockup
Your design on the actual garment, sizes and colors listed, before you pay anything.
3
Printed and delivered
7-10 business days from art approval and receipt of deposit/garments.
Every pack starts the same way. You send us your design and your quantities, we build a free mockup so you can see exactly what you are approving, and nothing goes to print until you say yes.
Why setup is included, not an upsell
Screen setup is $25 per color per print location. Rather than presenting that as an add-on you discover later, we build it into the Test Drive and Crew Apparel Pack pricing up front, so the number you see is the number you pay. On the Volume Drop, that setup fee is waived outright once you hit 100 pieces. DTF transfers never carry a setup fee at any quantity, which is part of why the Test Drive leans on that method.
Turnaround on all three packs is 7-10 business days, counted from art approval and receipt of your deposit and garments. If you need something faster, a rush charge can apply, but it only ever applies to decoration and setup, never to the blank garment itself.
What happens when you reorder
This is where the pack you choose keeps paying off. Any exact reorder placed within 12 months skips the setup fee entirely, on screen print jobs of any size. If your crew grows next season and pushes you from a Crew Apparel Pack quantity into Volume Drop territory, that setup waiver kicks in at 100 pieces regardless of which pack you started with. Either way, reordering the same design is simpler and cheaper than the first run, by design.
A few sizing notes apply across all three packs. 2XL adds $2.50, and 3XL and up adds $4.50, standard across tees and hoodies. Youth sizes are $1.00 less than adult pricing. And if you are ordering in New Jersey, there is no sales tax on printed clothing we supply, which is worth factoring in when you compare a full quote against a rough estimate elsewhere.
You can review exact figures any time on the price list page. When you are ready to see your own design mocked up on the right pack for your group, request a quote and we will walk you through it.
